Who this is for

For businesses where customers still book or order by hand. Usually 1–15 people, where the owner answers messages personally and decides personally what to buy. If enquiries get lost in WhatsApp and the diary is a paper notebook — this is for you.

  • Salons & barbers
  • Tavernas & beach bars
  • Studios & gyms
  • Car services
  • Rentals
  • Clinics

Benefits

What it does for your business

Bookings 24/7, no phone calls

Customers pick the service, the person and the time themselves — late at night, on a Sunday, whenever suits them. You stop losing the ones who message at 23:40 and never get an answer.

Sales without the back-and-forth

Catalogue, basket and checkout in one place. No website to hunt for, no sign-up, no forgotten password: fewer steps, more orders that actually go through.

New customers from a QR code or a link

A QR code at the till, a link in your Instagram bio, a link sent in a WhatsApp message — and someone is inside your app in two seconds. Happy customers forward that link to friends with one tap.

Customers come back more often

Order history, loyalty points and personal offers keep people coming back. A returning customer costs a fraction of a new one, and the app is built to earn repeat visits.

Reminders that run without you

Reminders go out automatically a day and an hour before the appointment, customers get order updates, and your offers reach them without you lifting a finger. Fewer no-shows, fewer empty slots in the diary.

Live in a week, nothing to install

No app store review, no downloads, no updates to chase — it opens from a link in any browser, on any phone. Seven days from your first message to something your customers can actually use.

Channels

How the app brings customers in

  1. A QR code at the till and in your stories

A sticker by the till, a business card, a screen in the room or a story — the customer scans it and lands straight in the app. None of the usual “download this and register”.

  2. One link in your Instagram bio and on Google Maps

A single short link in your Instagram bio, on your Google Maps listing or on your Facebook page takes people straight to the booking screen. A follower becomes a customer in one tap.

  3. The apps your customers already message you in

Send the link where you already talk to people — WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger. They tap it and book, instead of swapping possible dates with you over ten messages.

  4. Customers and local accounts share it

People forward the link into family and work chats with one tap, and a post from a local account pays off far better when it opens a ready catalogue with a “Book now” button instead of yet another chat thread.

  5. And it works inside Telegram too

The same app also runs as a Telegram mini app: 1bn+ people use Telegram and 500m of them already open mini apps. If part of your audience is there — tourists, expat communities, suppliers — that channel is included at no extra cost.

Process

What the week looks like

Day 1

The brief, in writing

You answer a list of questions whenever it suits you: your services, your prices, who you sell to and how. A call only if you want one. After that I need nothing else from you.

Days 2–4

Prototype and build

You get a working prototype as a link on your own phone — click through it and ask for changes before you pay the balance.

Days 5–6

Content and revisions

I load in your services, products and photos. One round of changes is included in the price.

Day 7

Launch and handover

The app is live, and you get a QR code, a link and 20 minutes of training for your staff.

A working prototype before you pay in full

You see and click through a working prototype before you pay the second half.

Fixed price, fixed date

The price is agreed before we start and never creeps up. If I miss the deadline, the price drops — a discount that grows with every late day, up to 50% off.

The code and the data are yours

The app and your customer list belong to you. The database runs on servers in the EU, and I will send you a full export whenever you ask. At the end of the project I hand over everything: database, access, sources. I keep nothing.

Three things before you write

Better said now than discovered three days into the conversation.

  • I work at a fixed price with a deposit. “Build it first and we will see” is not how I work. Do write anyway — we can talk about splitting the work into stages.
  • I build one tool, not a business end to end. A marketplace, a social network or a marketing strategy is not this.
  • Smaller budget than the plans above? Write to me anyway. There is almost always a first piece worth shipping on its own, and starting small beats not starting.

Ivan

The 85 demos on this site are just what you can try right now. Beyond them, I've shipped mini-apps to real businesses in production — 40+ projects so far. I understand what each business actually needs: where bookings get lost, what the first message to a customer should say. From what clients tell me, fewer missed leads translate into roughly 10-15% more revenue — that's my own read on their feedback, not an audited figure. I carry it through — from your first message to your first customers.

FAQ

Common questions

How much does it cost?

From €390 for an app with online booking or a catalogue. A full solution with payments, customer accounts and an admin panel is €990–1 900. For comparison, agencies here quote from €2 500 for the same brief, and a native iOS and Android app is a different budget altogether. I fix the exact price before work starts, and it does not change along the way.

Do my customers need Telegram?

No. The app opens from an ordinary link in Safari, Chrome or any other browser, on any phone — your customer taps the link, books, and that is it. No account to create, nothing to download. It also runs as a Telegram mini app for the part of your audience that uses Telegram, but that is a bonus channel, not a requirement.

How quickly will it be ready?

Start takes 5–7 days from the brief to a working app. Business takes up to two weeks. Day 1 is the brief, days 2–5 are the build and the content, days 6–7 are your changes and the launch. You see it taking shape as we go, rather than a surprise at the end.

What do you need from me?

30–40 minutes to answer a written brief, a list of your services or products with prices, plus photos and a logo if you have them. Everything else is my job: structure, copy, design, setup and launch. If you have no photos, I will source suitable ones and tell you what is worth shooting.

Where are bookings and customer data stored?

In a separate database of your own, hosted on servers in the EU, that only you have access to. It is not a spreadsheet inside someone else's service: the data belongs to your business, I will send you your customer list as an Excel export whenever you ask — usually the same day — and if we ever part ways the data leaves with you. Hosting and backups are part of support at €25–40 a month.

Can the app be extended later?

Yes, and that is the sensible route: launch on Start, see what the demand looks like, then add payments, loyalty points or a second location once you actually need them. The code and the database stay with you, and I quote extensions separately from a short list of tasks — no rebuilding from scratch.

Let's work out how many bookings you are losing right now

Send me a couple of lines about your business and I'll go through it in writing: how many bookings die in “call us back later” and in missed messages. I'll show you the closest of the 85 demos and give you an exact price and launch date. No charge for the breakdown, and no “a manager will be in touch”.

I reply within the hour. The breakdown is free, and you get an exact price and launch date.

The businesses in this showcase are made up for the demo — which is why all 85 of them are yours to open and tap around right now, without getting in anyone's way. Client apps run on their own data and are not on display here.
